TheForecastClub is based in Sweden.
If you need to contact us, please email info@theforecastclub.net with your inquiry and contact details, and we will respond as soon as possible.

2. Orders

When you complete an order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes details about the products, prices, billing, and shipping address. If you notice any errors in the confirmation, please contact us immediately at info@theforecastclub.net.

3. Delivery

Normal delivery times are 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated (e.g., for made-to-order items). Orders placed during weekends are shipped at the earliest on the following Monday. If unexpected delays occur, please contact us at info@theforecastclub.net.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, misprints, or incorrect information.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer law.

5.1 How to exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Notify us via email at info@theforecastclub.net.
  • Include your name, address, email, order number, and details of the items you wish to return.
  • Return products within 14 days of notifying us.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and the condition of items during return.
  • Refunds may be reduced for any decrease in value caused by handling beyond necessary inspection.

5.2 Exceptions:

  • Custom-made products or items with personal customization.
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if seals are broken.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items).

6. Complaints

We inspect all products before shipping. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will rectify the issue free of charge. Contact us for approval before returning a defective product by emailing info@theforecastclub.net with your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the issue.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or delays beyond our control (force majeure), such as strikes, natural disasters, or supplier delays.

8. Product Information

We reserve the right to correct errors on the website, including product descriptions or images. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or photo quality.
